CHILDRENS RAISED BEDS
As part of healthy living post Covid lockdown, BCCA and Harleyford Road Garden have generated a fantastic project with local families to encourage children to grow an interest in plants. The project consists of 5 large planters growing food, flowers, herbs. The project is an opportunity for neighbours to get to know each other, share skills and fun. BCCA is funding the soil and towards the costs of the plants
Box Planter Project
BCCA and Bonnington Square Garden Association organised a Planter Builder Project in May. During the workshop we built 10-12 planters for people to take home and grow herbs and flowers outside their homes. The soil is provided and BCCA is providing funding towards cost of plants.
